All services are delivered according to the project scope agreed upon in writing between Expo Designz and the client.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use this site to distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website if misuse is detected.
All quotes provided are based on the project details shared by the client.
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Services will commence only after receiving the agreed deposit (if applicable).
Late payments may incur additional charges or project delays.
Timelines depend on project complexity and client feedback.
Delays in receiving required content, approvals, or feedback from the client may extend delivery times.
Final deliverables will be shared in the agreed formats upon project completion and full payment.
Each project includes a specific number of revisions, as stated in the agreement.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
All original design and creative work remains the property of Expo Designz until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets used under license.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
We may use third-party tools, plugins, or assets to complete your project. Any third-party terms will also apply.
Expo Designz is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses resulting from delays beyond our control.
Client misuse of final deliverables.
We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unethical behavior. In such cases, any completed work will be billed, and deposits are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
